Performance Profile

KBS-FEUERUNGSTECHNIK, has arisen from the company - KBS-KonstruktionsBüroSeewe.

Our primary service offer, therefore, is to cover the entire design process for Forwarded fire furnace grates for the areas - Waste incineration, Thermal waste treatment or Thermal waste utilization.

Our offer includes the planning and project engineering of the complete process chain from the fuel feed via the firing area to the ash or slag removal.

This results in the design and planning range for:

* Underframe for furnace grate

* Forwarding fire grate

* Feeding device

* Complete fuel feeder

* Ash hopper for main and burnout grate

* Complete deslagging incl. possible wet deslagger etc.

* Grate cooling system

* Complete moving grate hydraulics

* Process engineering for the firing system, incl. furnace design

* All documentation

There is a corresponding description of the plant components in the section - Technology.

As a second service, KBS-Feuerungstechnik offers the complete design of conversions of incineration plants to extend the service life or increase efficiency.

Also here our offer - planning and project engineering of the complete process chain - is valid.

You can find further information on this subject under the heading - References -.

The worldwide increase in CO2 emissions, and thus the danger of a global catastrophe, has prompted            KBS-Feuerungstechnik to take up this subject area in cooperation with specialized companies and to work out the first possible technical concepts for eliminating the harmful greenhouse gases that are released during combustion and thus into the environment from incineration plants.

In the current planning phase, various models are still to be tested.

The basic question to be answered is whether:

A combustion plant has to lead its CO2 emissions directly in front of the chimney to zero%.

Or

by building a climate-neutral plant composition that can compensate for the CO2 emissions discharged over the course of a year. When planning new buildings, a certain amount in % can also be included in the planning for complete and total CO2 elimination.

With a mix of solar power, wind energy (vertical wind turbines also by using Magnus effect) and cogeneration it is possible to meet the energy demand of such a plant composition.
