Mr. Seewe started in 2007 as a project and team leader at a Swiss SME with an international footprint in the field of hydraulics.

The core competencies were complete hydraulic systems including electrical controls in various application areas, as well as hydraulic cylinders with accessories. For the demanding tasks, 3D-CAD models were created, and the technical documents were provided as drawings for production and series production. For the customers, the required operating instructions were also written by the project manager.

At the beginning of 2009, Mr. Seewe started working as a “construction manager” for a company in Central Switzerland, in the field of waste incineration / thermal waste utilization.

The design was changed from 2D CAD drawing to 3D CAD. As well as a new drawing database was created. Projects for new constructions of EfW-Incinerators in Europe as well as projects for rebuilds of incinerators for lifetime extension or efficiency increase were carried out. All required technical documents and drawings including parts lists, were professionally processed and delivered for the external production of the required mechanical engineering and steel components also with employees of external design offices.

-Reconstruction flue gas cleaning 2 lines, flue gas ducts, heat exchanger, fan, duct dampers

-Reconstruction primary-secondary air, 2-3 draught, blower, dampers, venturis, secondary air bar

- Reconstruction of a combustion plant, boiler and furnace grate new from 6.0 to 6.3 meters

 

Upon retirement in 2017, the company KBS-Seewe was established as a technical office.

A contract for cooperation in the field of waste incineration and thermal waste utilization was signed with the South Korean company G & Tech Global Environment Tech in June 2019

Until then, G & Tech Global Environment Tech had only built EfW-Incineration plants with air-cooled combustion grates. KBS-Feuerungstechnik started immediately in June 2019, after receiving an order for the construction of an EfW-Incineration plant with water-cooled main grate, to start the complete technical elaboration of this plant. 

This EfW incineration plant was handed over to the customer on schedule after 12 months of construction for hot commissioning and subsequent trial operation.
